Here's the best-kept secret for Oklahoma Disney fans: you can drive to a Disney cruise. From November 2026 through April 2027, the Disney Magic sails from Galveston, Texas, which is about a 7-hour drive from OKC. No flights, no baggage fees, and you can pack as many outfits as your trunk can hold. 💅
Option 1: Drive to Galveston 🚗🌴
The Disney Magic sails 4- to 7-night cruises from Galveston from November 2026 to April 2027. Depending on your itinerary, you could visit:
- Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico for beaches and tacos
- Nassau, The Bahamas
- Castaway Cay, Disney's private island in The Bahamas (pure magic!)
Leave OKC in the morning, stay the night in Galveston, and you're on board the next day. Ask your hotel about park-and-cruise packages to save on port parking.
