Meet Jaycee
Hi, I’m Jaycee! House & Co’s Transaction Coordinator and Annie & Brandon’s (hopefully) soon to be sister in law. I come in once the transaction is pending and make sure all the compliance ducks are in a row! Coordination with the title company, your lenders, the other parties' agents, and anyone else involved is my bread and butter!
All that said, I thrive on the back-end of real estate transactions. Organization and checklists bring me immense happiness and I can promise your deadlines will be tracked and met with House & Co on your side.
When I'm not posted up behind my laptop, you can find me hanging out with my better half and sweet pup, remodeling my personal home, or enjoying the sunshine on a patio somewhere.
